/subject-browse page does not display list of subjects #1
Description
Hi. Thanks for this plugin, which is really great. I'm having a bit of trouble getting to work on my own setup, however.
I have installed SubjectBrowse on three different instances of Omeka (two 1.5's and one 1.4, just in case), and I am unable to get the "Browse Subjects" link/page to work. Here is the test site I am working with:

The subject links that are created on item pages (i.e. those that route through the advanced search) seem to be working fine, but I would really like to get the list to populate with subjects.
I simply copied the code into my plugins folder and activated the plugin in the admin panel. Are there extra steps that I should take?
