Admin interface does not honor VHM settings

If you have a VHM rewrite rule like /VirtualHostBase/https/example.com/VirtualHostRoot/_vh_ClassicUI pointing to the root of Zope, the new JavaScript admin interface won't work at all (as it will not get the correct VHM rewrite and will try to load @sites from example.com)

Is changing requests from e.g. /@sites to ./@sites an acceptable solution?

I've tried locally and everything seems to be working. I can submit a PR.
