10x Genomics On-Chip Multiplexing

Good afternoon,

For the new On-Chip Multiplexing scheme developed by 10x Genomics, would samples still be expected to be the whole run instead of the individual samples loaded? It appears that each sample is formed into droplets independently before pooling them together, and I was curious if this made a difference.

Hi,
In general the 'sample' should indeed be whatever is together in the droplet formation process. So although I don't personally have direct experience with that kit yet, I would recommend using the sample/input block.
