Issues with setTransmissionPower

Good afternoon, hope you're doing well.
I'm currently facing difficulties in developing a function to set specific transmission powers for use in an academic environment. Could you please help me with this? I haven't found any information about it online, and my attempts to implement the function have not been successful. I noticed that the function has already been declared in the library, but it lacks implementation.

In case it still helps, I did a Python library for this module, including functions to get and set transmission power. I have tested they work properly
