Tablet app does not properly request permissions.

In recent Android versions, the app needs to specifically request permissions for things like location, external storage, etc. These permissions are not granted automatically on installation of the app.

The tablet app has not been updated to request these permissions, so it immediately fails on startup on Android 7.0+. @christomaszewski made the corresponding fixes for this issue in the server, he might be able to help here.
