planetarium/mimir#586 에서 발견된 이슈로 Lib9c.dll과 별도로 배포되는 패키지들의 버전 프리픽스가 안맞는 문제가 있습니다.

위처럼 버전 프리픽스가 서로 다르게 관리되는게 문제로 변경을 프리픽스를 함께 다루도록 고쳐야합니다.
