Keyboard shortcut to start/stop scrcpy

Planning:

• global shortcut
• default comb: Alt / Opt + Shift + Z to start, X to stop
• key comb should be customizable
• default key comb will always starts for the currently selected device. If none selected, select the first in the list
• starts the lastUsedConfig* starts default-mirror for default key comb

Custom shortcut:

• allow users to launch specific config,
• on specific device,
• if no config specified, starts default-mirror
• if a device is specified, allow to specify connection preference (ie: prefer wireless or prefer usb or any)
