Describe the bug

when viewing the dashboard page in dark mode the side bar headings are not clearly visible, as both the colour and the background are dark, and low contrast

To Reproduce

Go to app.localhost:3000/dashboard
Select dark mode in the upper right corner
Look at the side bar heading i.e; 'COLLECT' & 'MANAGE'
They are not clearly visible

Expected behavior

the headings should be clearly visible and readable in dark mode as well
