[FEAT] : Add hover color effect to social media icons in the footer

1. Issue: The social media icons in the footer currently don’t change color when hovered over.

2. Expected Behavior: When a user hovers over the icons, they should change to a color (e.g., the brand colors of each social platform or any desired color).

3. Suggested Fix: Add a CSS hover effect to the icons to make them change color when hovered over.

4. Benefits: Improves user experience and makes the site more interactive and visually appealing.

possible solution can be adding hover effect on the icons to make it more interective and using css to know the colour change when hovered over.
