[Bug]: Not showing the cursor pointer "👆" while hovering on hamburger menu

Describe the bug

Hamburger Menu visibility: On screen size >= 1024,
While you pointing the cursor on hamburger menu. Cursor should be "cursor-pointer" instead of "arrow-cursor".

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://www.piyushgarg.dev/'
2. Change the screen size, It should be >=1024
3. Hover on hamburger menu

Expected behavior

On hover on hamburger menu the cursor property should be "cursor-pointer".
