Describe the bug

It seems like there is an issue with the background effect on the courses component. When the cursor is moved over the courses component, the background effect that follows the cursor fades out after a certain amount of time. However, most of the time there is no background effect that moves with the cursor, indicating that the desired background effect is not consistently visible. This inconsistency may be impacting the user experience and could be a bug that needs to be addressed.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Home Page'
  2. Scroll down to 'Courses'
  3. See error

Expected behavior

The background effect on the courses component should smoothly follow the cursor and remain visible as long as the cursor is over the component. The background card should consistently move with the cursor without any fading out or disappearing, ensuring a visually engaging and interactive user experience.
