Describe the bug

In a lot of pinpoint.config files, a link to https://github.com/naver/pinpoint/blob/master/doc/per-request_feature_guide.md is present, but the page doesn't exist.
For example:

• pinpoint/agent-module/agent/src/main/resources/profiles/local/pinpoint.config

  Line 1239 in a36ab5a

  # log4j (guide url : https://github.com/naver/pinpoint/blob/master/doc/per-request_feature_guide.md)

• pinpoint/agent-module/agent/src/main/resources/profiles/release/pinpoint.config

  Line 1235 in a36ab5a

I would have created a PR, but I don't know where the file is now (is it maybe https://github.com/pinpoint-apm/pinpoint-apm.github.io/blob/main/documents/per-request_feature_guide.md ?)
