2B version OOMs at 8Gb 2070S despite the claims to require only 6

How do I make it run on 8Gb VRAM? Changing CPU offloading settings or BF16/F16 has no effect, the only way I can run it now is by enabling NVidia's own RAM offloading in control panel, but that means 15 minutes per 6 seconds of video.
