A lot of warnings in the form of

Reference found where even-sized list expected at /home/sand/src/perl/repoperls/installed-perls/host/k93bionic/v5.31.4/ebf1/lib/site_perl/5.31.4/Time/Zone/Olson.pm line 577.

are printed when running the test suite. A sample report on CPAN Testers:

It looks like something changed in Time::Zone::Olson...
