Open Pixel Control server for Plasma 2350?

An Open Pixel Control server would greatly increase the range of options for using the Plasma 2350, particularly the "W" variant. I've used OPC to drive Fadecandy and Beaglebone servers and there's a good range of publicly available software to provide animations.
