@phpstan-all-methods-pure is ignored for methods declared by @method #15322

@phpstan-all-methods-pure is ignored for magic methods declared by @method.
Works as expected with real methods.

Expected output

The flag should also have an effect on methods declared by @method and so no error should be reported.
