Enhanced Conditional

For future use of SqlBuilder classes, various Conditional classes need creating:

+ `Equals` (with null support), `GreaterThan`, `LessThan`
+ `Between` (with date support)
+ `MultipleCondition` that takes `MatchAny` and `MatchAll`
