High cpu usage of win11

this works on win11

but very high cpu usage , about 11-13%. and run at 32bit, not x64

tried on Macos, also high cpu usage. Any improve to reduce cpu usage?

The app is just a demo for how to use the library, so there is no optimization on the busy loop. You can probably add a small 50ms sleep in it and that'll do.

@djtwxj if you are interested in trying, I have a fork which uses the Tokio async runtime instead of a busy loop, could potentially use less cpu! It uses ~2% on my computer when streaming...

Interesting, is this on Windows? I've only tried on macOS and Linux myself 😅

Could you try using tokio::io::stdin here?
