Closing per mike-theDude's triage above — cannot-reproduce / works-as-intended / stale. If this still occurs on current main, please reopen with a concrete repro (build hash + save state or steps).

Reopening: this was closed as an empty/unreproducible report, but the report was never empty — our Discord ingestion truncated it. splitIntoItems in scripts/lib/extract.ts filtered a bulleted report down to its section headings and discarded the text beneath them, and attachments were never rendered into the issue body at all.

The full reported text and any screenshots/game-state saves have been restored to the description above. The ingestion bug is fixed so new reports are captured whole.

This needs a fresh triage pass against the restored text — some of these may already be fixed on current main, but that has not been verified here.
