Placing additional +1/+1 counters on another target creature than Lathaniel The Bounteous Dawn , because of her ability. That would have been 85 counters on Thurid Mare of Destiny , but then doubled because of Hardened scales and doubled because of Branching Evolution

Reviewed against current main: fixed by 67f259aa3. Concession now clears a pending-trigger cursor when its stack entry is removed, and the exact Lathiel/concession regression verifies the reported pending_trigger_entry must reference a stack entry panic does not occur. This appears resolved; please close the issue.
