Add ellipsis into pagination

Right now, no ellipsis is used in pagination. This is fine for large screens and/or small numbers of audiobooks, but I think it's worthwhile to replace the "huge amount of links" with a 1 2 3 ... 12, 13, 14 ... 16, 17, 18 type link, plus a pulldown to allow for arbitrary page selections.
