Broken scrolling on plugins that use codeblocks as means of displaying content. #2

Title.
As shown in the video, whenever the scroll begins, the plugin skips one whole heading because the codeblock is too small to be scrolled past. This seems to happen to a variety of notes I use. The scroll speed is 0.6.
I am using the JTAB plugin.
