Ability for a user to hide their collection

Many first time creators have mistakes in their first upload. They often ask us to delete (blacklist) collections, but we should think about offering a "hide collection" option and explain that this will not delete the collection because it is on Arweave but that it will remove it from the BazAR UI. We could offer this option in the "actions" tab of helix and on the bazar collections page
