The addon is installed and loaded, but it does not show up

I have the addon installed and enabled in the addons menu, but when I press C to open the character window, nothing shows up, even though all addons are enabled — and it’s the same even when they’re disabled. Do you have any idea how to fix this or what could make it start working?

Suspect you have errors when entering the game loading addons - scroll through your chatframe and look for them
