Deployment action for Cloudflare Pages fails due to 26.2MB JS file size limit.

Fixing would presumably require changes to Minifront build process in https://github.com/penumbra-zone/web to limit artifact size. (Will cross post issue there)

Github Pages deployments are unaffected, so that can serve as a viable workaround for anyone else effected.

Would suggest disabling the Cloudflare action until fixed, as it hitting this error causes the workflow to skip subsequent deployment actions.
