General Question: Is PDM still able to use globally installed packages?

So let's say I install tkinter globally on my computer, and create a separate pdm project, would I be able to access tkinter or some other package for that matter while within the pdm project?

IIRC tkinter is built into the standard library(on Python 3.10, at least). So the answer is yes.
