Putting the relevant widget in a Container and setting size doesn't help either...

I think, you have a different problem: QR code scanner can't give result in web app from package ai_barcode-3.2.1. Am I right?

If you want to fix this problem - you should uncomment 71-74 rows in source ai_barcode-3.2.1/src/ai_barcode_widget.dart
Then it will work perfectly!
