Fix overlay [Y/N] command input

Currently, once a user speaks and Gitty comes out with an output, we are required to have to click on the Overlay before we can press "Y" or "N" to move onwards. Fix this bug so that the overlay is already in "focus" as soon as Gitty's output comes out.
