The game freeze after I login

Hi,
I get access to the game and i can open it, but after i log in, the game freeze at this image and every time it appears a windows which ask me if i want to shut down it or not. In all the time that i tried the game, i had this problem and i get over it in only two cases (in those cases the window appeared 2/3 times):
