Post conducting chatbot usability testing sessions, we need to analyze the data to create a summary of results and key findings.

Resources

Analysis in miro board:

  • Interview analysis: map all information in a miro board resulting from user interviews and to kick-off the insights-making process.
  • Insights extraction: within same miro board, simplify finding insights within the information gathered during the user interviews.
  • Conclusions: finalize conclusions within miro and communicate insights to your stakeholders in an effective way.

Next Steps:

  • Formulate a research summary
  • Summarize and format the key findings/data into a slide deck
  • Schedule various presenting opportunities
