worked but now its not working

i used it before but now its not working i downloaded the python and the tinker thing but idk what to download on the SQlite. i downloaded the dll and the tools on windows but its not launching. how can i fix this?

and the reason that its not working i recently moved my windows to a other drive and have to reinstall everything.
