Show the network TLD instead of .dot on testnets

Description

On https://towpath.paseo.li the name badge reads towpath.dot. It should read towpath.paseo. Every testnet with its own dotNS and Polkadot Web service should have its own tld.li, and Polkadot Mobile and Desktop should also reflect the TLD that corresponds to the configured network.

Motivation

Requested by Gav. With mainnet plus various testnets, showing .dot everywhere gets very confusing. The displayed TLD should tell the user which network they are on.
