Briefly describe the feature

'autoscaling/v2beta2' which doesn't work w/ k v1.27 > (have to use autoscaling/v2, which has been introduced since v1.23). Replace the usage of the beta API to the upstream version.

What problem does this feature solve? Please link any relevant documentation or Issues

be able to use this feature in latest kubernetes

patch locally https://github.com/paralus/helm-charts/blob/main/charts/ztka/templates/hpa.yaml#L2
