User doesn't know they have to choose a plan

Feature Description

After User signs in and participates in a chat, Language Assistance is not deployed. They didn't know that they would have to choose one of the plans: 7-day free trial, Monthly plan, Yearly plan. Only after choosing these does the Language Assistance work. I know Khue is working on this, but I'd like to add a note here.

Rationale

Let User choose something before proceeding or prompting them to choose a plan.

Solutions:

1. The language Assistance button is always next to SEND so users know to use this feature.
2. Have a UI for unsubscribed users to choose a plan to access the Language Assistance feature.

Will there be an option to try it for free for 7 days? Try it for 7 days --> They need to input credit card information and cancel it after 7 days is up. Or they try it for 7 days and after that, they can sign up for a plan with payment information.

I'm planning to allow trying without entering credit card info. And maybe we should even do 14 days to allow them to build a habit.
