Can't install on 2K Server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. evtsys.exe -i -h 10.67.236.45 -l 3 


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get the following error...

C:\WINNT\system32\evtsys.exe
---------------------------
C:\WINNT\system32\evtsys.exe is not a valid Win32 application.



What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.4.3 on Windows Server 2000

Did you verify you are running the correct version, (32 vs 64 bit)? Also, make 
sure you didn't use email or something like that to install it on the box. I've 
seen Windows modify items coming from Outlook in order to flag them as coming 
from the internet zone and this can cause issues.

visual studio 2008 is last version to support a windows 2000 target
