Evtsys doesn't start automatically on Windows #102
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Evtsys send its log to Cacti Monitoring System. Evtsys installed on x64
Windows Server (by key -i) and setted to start automatically.
2. After server reboot Evtsys doesn't start and it can be tracked in Syslog tab
in Cacti, because no new information recieved. After manual restarting of
Evtsys, it works normally.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see no new information in Syslog tab of Cacti MOnitoring System.
