PacReq: Some emulators I'd like to add it

-bin (Binary release of the package), -git (Compiled off of the latest commit of the package), -app (Appimage of the package), -deb (Debian achieve release of the package)

Building guide

For AppImage, I'll learn the -app pacscripts and also writes it.
For Git, maybe I'll compare the AUR PKGBUILD scripts and learn the code for write on it into pacscripts
For Binary, same as AppImages.
For Debian packages, I'll do the usual commit like what I did.

Additional context

I will add some emulators and give update to existing pacscripts for the emulators.

These requests will be open for everyone which want to help adding those emulators into repo.

For emulators, I'll reschedule into early 2025 for commits because this last month I've exams.
