[Feature Request] Option to dynamically create destination folders

Hey there!
First off great software. Have been using your software for all my audio/video encoding needs! Cannot thank you enough!

Anyway I have a request, it would be nice if there was a way to dynamically create destination directory tree and file structure. Foobar, for instance, has this feature. You can type the format to be %album%/%track% %title%. This gives a lot of flexibility when rippnig a lot of CDs, which I do a lot. It is inconvenient to keep creating folders and stuff when the information required is already there!
Please see if you can somehow get this feature in, it would be great!

Edit: My bad, it was in the encoding section in the options. I didnt go through it thoroughly.
Edit2: It actually does NOT work with the ripper. tried it with the encoder, it works. But using the CD ripper section directly does not set the required directory structure. Reopening the issue! Sorry for the confusion!
