Stuck in Initializing phase - only on R3 #95

- I ran the MAX30100_Tester and I'm going to paste the output down below
- I filled in all the details of my setup down below
Description of the issue
When running the Tester or any of the example sketches, the output gets stuck and won't even print the whole string inside of the Serial.print() function. This issue only appears on my Uno R3. It works on my R4.

- Arduino hardware: Arduino Uno R3
