Question about numbering TCR with Aho

Thanks for your excellent work! I have some trouble aligning TCR with Aho. For antibodies, I noticed that for heavy chains, the length is 149, while for light chains, the length is 148. However, for TCRs, the length of the alpha chain is 149, while that of the beta chain is 148. I thought the heavy chain of the antibody should correspond to the beta chain of the TCR. Could you please explain the reason for the inconsistency?

Sorry for the delay - We have narrowed down the issue to be the IMGT numbering of sequences - which are then translated to AHo - Can you check that your sequences are numbered fully in IMGT numbering? If in IMGT numbering the sequences is not numbered to 127 for a light then this seems to be the cause of this behaviour.
