Currently when using oxlint in a monorepo, I'm unable to setup .oxlintrc.json files per package/app in my monorepo.

It would be helpful if oxlint either scanned folders for an .oxlintrc.json file(s) or allow the oxc.configPath to accept an array with pointers to all files in a monorepo.
