guest_app v0.9.3-rc1 - guest user can't log out #470

Guest users can no longer log out if their rights for the settings app are withdrawn.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new guest user with the admin account or any account else (do not log in before all Steps finished)
Log in as admin
Go to Settings -> Sharing
Remove the "settings" from the "Limit guest access to an app whitelist" Section
Log in as guest user
Try to click on your username in the right upper corner
See that no drop down menu is coming down

Tested with:
ownCloud 10.8.0
guest_app v0.9.3-rc1
