user that was added to a group cannot read files that were priviously shared with that group

1. set up user-key encryption
2. create a group
3. share a file with that group
4. add a user to the group
5. as the newly added user try to read the file

user cannot read the shared file: Can not decrypt this file, probably this is a shared file. Please ask the file owner to reshare the file with you.
