Will not sign into Gmail #196
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter email address
2. Enter password
3. Click backup
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect it to start
backing up my sms messages. It gives a message that it can't sign in. Says make
sure Imap is set and it is. Says verify userid and password. I have done that
and even rest it.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I don't
know the version but i am using Andriod OS.
Please provide any additional information below.
