Core problem

It used to be possible to edit the chart type in the bulk chart editor, but that functionality was removed when Grapher was refactored to accept a list of chartTypes instead of a single type

Proposed solution

Authors don't need to update the chart type in bulk, but filtering by chart type is useful.
