Raw data file is lagging latest data shown at website

The raw (csv) data file is now lagging the date of latest data shown at:

https://github.com/owid/covid-19-data/blob/master/public/data/latest/owid-covid-latest.csv

for example, on the morning of 2/12/23, I see data shown for last_updated_date = 2023-02-10, but when I click on "Raw", I see data for 2023-02-09, for virtually every row of data.

Previously (up to a few days ago) it used to always be the case that the Raw data would match the dates shown on the website.

Both dates are now also lagging the current date by more than a single day. Previously on any given day, I would see the data for the previous day at the website, and also available as a Raw data file.

This is a problem for me, because I like to easily get each day's raw data file in csv format, and then process it. Each morning I would get the previous day's data.
