Feature Request - Windows support

Hi seems like a great solution for Bun version management covering all our needs. Only thing missing is windows support.

Hey,
I am also using Windows and while you cant install it directly from windows, you can use WSL2 to install bum.
The GIF in the readme is captured from Windows.

But yeah I will consider to about support Windows natively in the future — However, please note that Bun itself still doesnt 100% support Windows, once it does, I will try to do the same for Bum

Hello @owenizedd thanks for the suggestion and I had already considered it but didn't wan't to force our DEVs on windows to rely on WSL2.

Appreciate your interest in this project, let's see what happens in the future but I will definitely consider supporting Windows :)
When that time come I will come back to this issue

We added support to Windows, but it is untested, can you try?
