RedELK not compatibel with CS 4.10 #313

In Cobalt Strike 4.10 the directory structure changed. The data is no longer available under ${install_dir}/cobaltstrike/ but is present in ${install_dir}/cobaltstrike/server. Because of that, the collection of data fails.

Not sure if older versions of CS are affected as well.
