We should probably decide between using web3.js 2.0 (@solana/kit) or 3.0 (which so far seems to be in rc phase)

My 2cents is that kit is just too different, web3.js 3.0 is way more familiar (and kit compatible) but as you mentioned, not exactly production ready yet.

I thought of this because I just converted my Anchor tests to web3.js 3.0 and it was pretty straightforward, unlike when using kit
