If a tutorial involves the opening of a wizard or other modal dialog then the user is unable to scroll through the Tutorial Steps View. I have added a Tip to my tutorials where I think this will be a problem, but I would prefer to see it handled in a more generic way, so that tutorial authors do not have to worry about it.
